Yes, depending on schedule and location.

Yes, depending on the package you purchase, you get nutritional advice, and the higher levels come with an in-home kitchen makeover.

How does online training work?

It depends on your needs. There is a weekly check in and blueprint or some my opt for the blueprint and actually virtual training sessions . All depends on your needs.

What if I travel a lot?

All customers travel, it’s easy to understand that. However, it’s crucial to take care of your health. I deliver professional online coaching and programs that will fit your schedule without a problem!

What if I miss my sessions, what happens to them?

You are buying the time, and it’s locked for you. We can reschedule with proper notice, typically within 24 hours or more.
